By downloading or using Arnob - Learn German & English (bundle IDs com.abdulrahman.deutschquest and com.letsgoarnob.arnob), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. Provider: info@arnob.app

1. Subject Matter

These Terms govern the use of the mobile application Arnob - Learn German & English, a language-learning app offering interactive lessons, vocabulary training, grammar exercises, an AI chat assistant, and a translation tool.

2. Usage Rules

2.1 Account Requirements

• A valid email address is required to register an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use online features. By continuing, you confirm you are 13 years of age or older.
• One account per person only.

2.2 Permitted Use

• The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Copying, distributing, or selling app content is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app is forbidden.
• The app may not be used for automated access or scraping.
• It is strictly prohibited to copy, clone, or reuse this app — including its code, design, content, or features — in whole or in part, for your own products, services, or to generate income, without the express written consent of the provider.

2.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Free Tier

Basic features (limited chapters, daily exercises, ads) are available free of charge.

3.2 Premium Subscription

A paid Premium subscription provides:

• Unlimited access to all chapters and content
• No advertisements
• Unlimited AI chat conversations
• Unlimited translations
• Additional premium features

3.3 Pricing & Billing

• Current prices are shown in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Billing is monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Already billed periods are non-refundable. After cancellation, Premium access remains until the end of the paid period.

3.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund and withdrawal policies of the respective platform apply:

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store. We as the provider do not have access to payment data and cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or updates may temporarily limit access.

5.2 Content Accuracy

Learning content is carefully prepared. However, we do not guarantee complete accuracy or completeness. AI-generated responses and translations may contain errors.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.4 Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, ElevenLabs, Google Gemini, DeepL). Each provider is responsible for their own availability and data practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including text, graphics, icons, audio files, learning materials, and code — is the property of Arnob - Learn German & English or is used under appropriate licences. Reproduction or redistribution without express written permission is prohibited.

Any use of this app or its components — including code, design, concept, and content — to create competing products or to generate revenue is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of the provider. Violations will be pursued under civil and criminal law.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes within the app. Continued use of the app after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction: Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
